生產(chǎn)實習在本專業(yè)教學中占有重要地位，是綜合的實踐教學環(huán)節(jié)。學生通過生產(chǎn)實習走向工廠企業(yè)，了解現(xiàn)代化生產(chǎn)過程和企業(yè)管理。學生在實習中將理論和實踐結(jié)合起來，鞏固豐富已學過的技術(shù)基礎(chǔ)知識和專業(yè)知識，在生產(chǎn)實踐中提高學生發(fā)現(xiàn)問題、分析問題和解決問題的能力，特別要培養(yǎng)學生的實踐能力和創(chuàng)新意識。通過實習，擴大學生的視野，培養(yǎng)學生熱愛專業(yè)，為專業(yè)課學習及未來的就業(yè)打下良好的基礎(chǔ)。
生產(chǎn)實習為期 3 周，以聽取企業(yè)技術(shù)和管理人員報告和參觀實習的方式進行，了解現(xiàn)代化企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)過程、組織機構(gòu)、企業(yè)管理、創(chuàng)新研發(fā)、運行機制；了解光路設(shè)計、電路設(shè)計、機械設(shè)計為一體的光機電一體化；了解光電元器件、電子元器件、儀器儀表的生產(chǎn)過程；企業(yè)特點及企業(yè)文化； 有條件頂崗位的同學將上崗，親自動手操作、裝配、測試，以企業(yè)員工的身份完成實習任務(wù)；
生產(chǎn)實習過程中，要求學生記錄實習日志，實習結(jié)束后，完成實習總結(jié)報告。本教學環(huán)節(jié)進行百分制考核，最終成績的比例為：實習表現(xiàn)占 40%；實習日志占 10%；實習報告占 20%；考試成績占 30%。
Course Description：
Production Practice occupies an important position in the professional teaching and it is comprehensive practice teaching. Students move towards factories and enterprises through the Production Practice and understand modern production process and business management. Students combine theory and practice, consolidate learned technical basic knowledge and professional knowledge, improve the ability to identify problems, analyze problems and solve problems in practice. We develop students' practical ability and innovation consciousness in particular, expand the horizons of students through internships, develop students’ love of professional and lay a good foundation for specialized courses learning and future employment for them.
The production internship lasts three weeks. By means of listening to the enterprise technical and management personnel report and visiting the internship, students should learn the production process of the modern enterprise, the organization, the enterprise management, the innovation research and the operational mechanism, students should also understand the optical path design, the circuit design and the mechanical design for the light mechatronics, students should know about the process of production of optoelectronic components, electronic components and instrumentation; Through this internship, we can learn the business characteristics and corporate culture; Conditional students will mount guard, hands-on operation, assembly, testing, complete practice task as enterprise staff's identity.
The Students should records internship log during Production Practice and the internship summary report after Production Practice. Proportion of the final results of the teaching link that is examined with hundred-mark system: the internship performance accounted for 40%, internship logs accounted for 10%, the internship report accounted for 20%, the test accounted for 30%.
